3. Q: What is your return Policy ?
It depends on your 100% satisfaction . but you must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. If returning items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

4. Q: Could I have an exchange because the boots is not suitable for me?
A: I am sorry to hear.We can change the size for you but according to our return and exchange policy,you should pay for  the transportation fee come and go(because we sent the boots according to your order,pls understand).That is too expensive.so could I give you a suggestion?You can give the boots you received to your friend or someone else as a gift or you can sell them out.And you can reorder another pair of boots which is fit for you.Is that ok?pls think again.Good luck!

5. Q: What size should I order if I am in between sizes?
If you are in between sizes it is recommended by the manufacturer that you size down to the next whole size. (For example: If you wear a size 8.5,you should order a size 8.) They may be snug at first, but the footwear will stretch a little as the fleece footbeds form to each individual foot.
